Welcome!

Welcome to our blog! We will be posting about our activities at Camp Ramah. It's our last year in the bunks, and then we are off to the tents. We are all really excited to be at camp, whether it is our first year, or our fourth.

So What ARE The Tents like?

Giborei decided to interview some campers in Adat Shalom to find out more about the tents that they would be living in next summer.

Giborei: What are the tents like?
Adat Shalom: Fun and free because it's outdoors in a community.

Giborei: What do you do when it gets too hot in the tents?
Adat Shalom: We roll up the flaps for air conditioning and some people bring fans.

Giborei: How often are you in the tent?
Adat Shalom: For sleeping, menucha, and bonus time.

Giborei: Do you miss the bunks?
Adat Shalom: A teeny bit.

Giborei: Are the tents better than the bunks?
Adat Shalom: I prefer the tents.

Pros and Cons of the Tents:
Pros-
-better showers
-less people
-in a community

Cons-
-barely any space
-no air conditioning!

After surveying 10 different Adat Shalomers we came up with the percentages of campers who like bunks better and campers who like tents better:

Tents: 70%
Bunks: 30%
